ABOUT PROJECT
Real estate agencies today are in need for specialized enterprise software to run their day-to-day operations. For the time-being, agencies rely on manual, Excel or at best, a generic accounting system that cannot fully manage commission payout, track sales and monitor overall compliance for property agents and branches.

RISKS AND CHALLENGES
Risks
- Some real estate agencies may already have a customized in-house system. However, REMS can be subscribed as software-as-a-service (SaaS) that is more cost-effective than hiring an entire tech team to maintain in-house system.
- Real estate agencies may not want to incur additional cost to implement new system. We shall provide flexible pricing that agencies can pay on a per transaction basis.
Challenges
We are now at the stage of marketing REMS. To become the market leader, we have strategized sales and marketing activitites to promote REMS as quickly and as widely as possible. We are looking to cover customers in entire Malaysia, and possibly regional market as well. Therefore, we require sufficient funding for the sales and marketing activities.

Linda is highly motivated person with close to 20 years experience in sales and marketing. She is an excellent communicator who is consistently motivated, energetic and approachable. Her recent involvement in real estate sales made her realize a market opportunity for real estate software. Her extensive networking enabled her to bring together people from real estate, marketing and software industry to make Leapmove a reality. Previously, she has taken various management positions as General Manager, Trainer and Partner, where she has successfully managed 20,000 sqft flagship store and trained over 100 online marketing students.
